This morning I sat in the drive through for 23 minutes before I ever got to the window and there was only one car in front of me. Once I made it to the window I waited an additional 5 minutes for my deposit to be completed. It appears that since Synovus has taken over the quality of service has drastically declined and the number of staff working has decreased. Such a shame.
