I love this bank. From the first time I went there they remembered who I was. They are never over crowded. I never have to wait to be helped. The staff gives you a small bank feel and I love that. I tried to buy a house using my other account at BoA and I sat in a waiting room to do a wire for 45 mins before leaving and driving to Synovus. It took them 10 mins from when I walked through the door to get it done. I wish there was a location closer to me but its worth it.
I would like to say gary Donabed has made banking more Comfortable and has gone over and above any bank personnel I have ever dealt with in 40 years. Thanks Gary
This is a public announcement for all CB&T account holders. CB&T (Synovous Financial) has announced that they are in financial trouble laying off over 1150 employees and closing more than 39 branches. Press release can be found in the Columbus News WTVM. Excellent customer service, fast and effective. I've been banking with them for years.. All the tellers go beyond the call of duty when time permits.
This branch needs to update the yellow pages information to reflect the Saturday hours as closed. On the main website the hours are correct but on yellow pages they are not correct.
"Customer service is the worst!" call customer service put on hold 20 mints and thin transfer to a local bank that is closed. no help??????
My mother & I had both banked with Floridian for a long time and were ok with it. When she unexpectedly passed away, the employees were unhelpful and called me daily to harass me asking me to come in and sign documents. A few weeks later my business account was randomly closed. No calls, no notice, nothing. I call Floridian and they tell me it's because the mail was being returned and it looked "inactive" (there were several transactions monthly). Stay away from this bank especially this branch location..... Let me give you some reasons : 1. This bank is so old fashion like 1940s 2. Staff are rude and horrible especially Joan that lady is an arrogant egotistical human being. 3. It takes 24 hours for cash deposit YES a cash deposit to go through. 4. It takes 7 to 10 days for a check to go through I mean really Pick another bank you're better off trust me ....!!
