I highly recommend this local bank. I have had accounts with three other banks in the area. Not one has been as friendly, personal, or professional as Synovus. I recently opened my first business and the team has been nothing but great help. Shanel Paulus has guided me with financial/banking advice every step of the way. The ladies up front are amazing and I rarely ever have to wait in line to see a teller. Very thankful to bank with Synovus and the team in Fort Walton Beach.
I would not recommend this bank. I have been trying to get my bank statements for over a year. No one has called back and whenever I called they don’t have a clue what I’m talking about.
