This entire branch needs corporate intervention very disappointing service including the manager Pamela.
Great service
Went inside bank to order a replacement card because my card was lost. The woman that assisted me even asked for extra proof of id I provided the information she said that she closed my old account and issued a card with a new number. Time passes I didn't get my card so I call customer who said my old card was still active and nothing indicating that a replacement card was requested. It made me feel very uneasy especially because she requested more information.
Just by reading the comments, it's well known about how bad this branch is. Been with Synovus for about 20 years and this is the only branch that gives me problems. The lady in the drive thru do the most. Tells me she doesn't recognize me so I have to get a text to my phone for verification. But you have my GA ID account information and signature. And all this for fifty dollars.
