This is THE BEST branch in Jacksonville ! Brian and his staff are amazing and are always helpful and very caring towards their customers and the community. Jacksonville will truly miss their services and I implore Synovous to reconsider closing this Branch.
Great location on the Southbank. Available parking. Easy access and drive-through is convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful to customers.

We have been banking with Synovus for just over two years now & have nothing but nice things to say. Their customer services are superb & follow up even better. Thank you to all the staff but especially to Bonnie for taking interest when we had a false charge come through & she watched our account daily & called us to make sure everything was correct.
