A few of the staff is nice but some of them are kind of rude.. worst part about this place is if you don't have a account with them they charge you this exorbitant fee to cash the check. I now have to charge more based on what bank my customers have so I can cash the check without having to pay some kind of a stupid fee there's very few banks that do this I'm not sure why they still do. kind of silly and seems like stealing if you ask me. Had a loan with them, unfortunately life hit hard. The bank said they would work with me then the lawyers called. They did not change my address after I gave them all the documents 3 different times. My statements got lost in the mail. Synovus in general is a Very untrustworthy and disorganized branch

Very rude and disrespectful and changing a 5dollar fee to cash a check is ridiculous y'all got to bet better staff that has customers service
