The loan process is fast and easy but dealing with Greensky and Synovus together is a nightmare. Called Synovus with a complaint and said the supervisor would call back but nothing in two weeks.

Bad service can't get a hold of anyone and always have to speak to a supervisor in order to fix my issue and i have funds in my account but I can't use them worst service don't use this bank don't recommend it
