Great customer service
Very rude and unprofessional. the woman who has a desk when you first walk in . The back right corner . I have an account and came to get half dollars in exchange for my dollar bills and she was very rude the whole time I believe she is a manager and she looks at me and saids what is he doing ? Being very rude. I will not be coming back she even watched me walk out and made me feel like I was a thief or something. That's just it,Nothing!
This branch is a joke. Very unprofessional, if you don't go in and flirt with the tellers they will somehow find a way to complicate your visit. And there is no repercussions for the employee if they are disrespectful to CUSTOMERS. They can hold your money by the click of a button! Just save yourself and go to another branch.
