The new manager has really turned the place around since 2021!
They do not pay their bills. I went in to do a study and part of the contract is that they would pay for any testing. Despite several calls and many emails, they have not paid. Now I have collections calling on me. This is great in theory, but don't expect them to follow up on their obligations.
