After experiencing constant neck discomfort from degenerative disc disease for around 8 months, I thought I’d give acupuncture a try. I’m amazed it’s worked so well! It has been such a relief to go about my day without the heaviness and burning discomfort I was experiencing being a constant distraction. Jeff is a very knowledgeable and calming practitioner and I’m so glad I gave acupuncture a go. I highly recommend Jeff and the team at SynerQi :)

I am so grateful I found Jeff he is amazing! I started seeing him to manage significant pain from a disc extrusion causing nerve pain down my leg and in my lower back. My pain has drastically decreased, and when I’ve had a flare up he has helped me to start recovering a lot quicker. Jeff talks you through what he’s doing, why he’s doing it, goes above and beyond to help relieve your symptoms and really has a humanistic approach to helping his patients. I highly recommend SynerQi.
Fantastic team at SynerQi always welcoming. Jeff has done wonders with menopausal symptoms. Hot flushes disappearing, better sleeping. Highly recommend for alternative treatments.
