Vanessa is amazing. She has worked with me to meet my goals, even when my goals were not her typical client. She keeps me motivated, and she has been really creative with weekly goal setting.
Synergy Wellness has been instrumental in my performance gains this year. I never believed that I would find an answer for my issues with food. I would find books or magazines or workouts and things would be better for a little while. The problems would always come back….. Until I met Vanessa and Synergy. My relationship with food is being healed and I believe in myself again. Synergy isn’t about giving you a diet and sending you off to eat by its rules and regulations. It’s about finding the answers out to what YOUR body needs to be as healthy as possible WITH the best coaching you can get!
I don’t even know where to start, so I guess I’ll just start by saying Vanessa is AMAZING! She’s great at what she does and SO unbelievably helpful! She’s extremely knowledgeable and passionate about her job and you can tell every time you walk in her door!
Synergy Wellness with Vanessa is amazing! Her approach to health encompasses the whole body and factors in your personal life and focuses on where you need extra encouragement. Not only it is great to have accountability and a cheerleader rooting for you, but someone knowledgeable and experienced with how to get results in physique and fitness.
