Was a patient for 20yrs, moved away for 5yrs was told they only take “New” patients. Will not take previous patients….form of discrimination
Terrible incompetent staff. When I arrived for my appointment back in January I was told it was impossible because I had canceled it. It was for an immediate, life threatening condition so no way I was going to cancel. Turned out ANOTHER patient with the same last name canceled and they couldn't figure out a person with a different phone number, address, Healthcare number and condition wasn't me. I had few test done at this location. I got the nicest lady. She helped me threw my tests. Made sure everything was clean before she started. Made sure my address was correct in both systems.
