I had few test done at this location. I got the nicest lady. She helped me threw my tests. Made sure everything was clean before she started. Made sure my address was correct in both systems. Used to go here for everything... doctor, dentist, optometrist. Moved away and came back to discover they now charge for parking... Cash grab greediness. I'll go where parking is free. It's all about principles.
Excellent place
My visit was quick, everything went smoothly. All the staff were polite, professional and helpful
Mediocre care. Doctors are rushed to maximize patients seen. Have highlighted medical issues to care givers without proper attention repeatedly. I have the impression that the owners of Synergy Wellness Center are gouging the doctors and tenets. It is very obvious that this is the case being the only clinic in Sherwood Park to be petty enough to gouge the public for parking. Will be ending my relationship with family doctor and using other walk-in clinics in the area who will actually listen to a patients concerns.
