They took their time & did an amazing job of explaining everything.
My partner called over 4 weeks ago for an appointment, it took them 3 weeks to call him back when they said it would be within the first week, called to do a phone consultation two hours after it was scheduled - then the day of (literally hours before) cancelled his appointment through email, not even a call. If he cancelled on that short notice it would have cost him 90$, but his time isn’t worth anything?
