I saw Taylor for the first time today as a family member gifted me a massage for my birthday at Synergy. Worked with Flora and had a wonderful experience. I loved the attention to detail from things like asking about a small bruise, to checking in on pressure thought the session. I feel like Flora's presence and approach to clients was very calming, which helped me to mentally prepare for the space and session. I also felt the heating pads were a great sensory addition for grounding, warmth, and calming.
