Horrible the staff were rude, condescending and disrespectful. Waited for the doctor and he followed suit. He asked me why I was wearing a mask which he shouldn’t ask that question, it’s none of his business. He was inflexible and didn’t listen to me. He assumed that he knew everything and no one knows everything. I walked out within 3 minutes of our interaction. What a waste of time and energy.

I met with Jessica Pedersen PA in pain management today 10/19/26 I was very pleased with her care and bed side manner. She listened to me and reviewed my MRI, chronic pain, medications, physical therapy, what relieves my pain, what increases of my pain, plans for future care, next visit. I was very happy with this visit
