I had a shoulder injury at work and my friend advised me to go synergy Rehab for Physiotherapy. I was connected with Srusti Pipaliya and Seema Joshi. Both are amazing , polite and very experienced. She advised me not to do any exercise while I was in a lot of pain, instead provide machine therapy and others techniques. Gradually, she started Range of motion (ROM) exercises and now my arm is much better and slower improving. It will definitely take some time, but I'm confident I'll recover fully soon.
