Highly recommend Synergy Rehab and Wellness. I have been to many physical therapists in the area, and all of the physical therapists and staff are by far the best. Not only do they work with you at the facility, but they also provide you the tools to work on your exercises at home.
I’ve been coming to synergy for several months now and all of the staff are very friendly, positive, and easy to work with from the front desk, to the student workers and the professional staff. I can tell that I’ve improved greatly from where I started. John not only explains what he is doing but he tells me names of my body parts that I have never heard of before! Ha! Outstanding competence in every aspect of Physical Therapy. Each provider brings their expertise to the prescribed therapy. You gain SO much from each visit because they instruct you on what to do on your own and then implement the care plan developed just for your needs. You won’t find a more comprehensive professional staff anywhere in the Rockbridge community.
