Accompanied age 86 spouse a wee bit early for 4:45pm appointment at N.Vancouver Synergy clinic. Almost non-existent waiting room, with only one chair. Receptionist lacking in any bedside manner. Required to remove shoes at reception because it is “company policy.” Spouse said she needed her sports shoes on for balance and walking. No matter. 3 chairs were available in a nearby hallway.
