I used Synergy for physical therapy first back in 2020 after a MPFL surgery and am currently using synergy again after the same surgery just opposite knee. They helped me tremendously with getting back on my feet! Thank you to everyone at Synergy!
This is a really nice place that is attractive to get better in and has excellent staff. I had two issues - a pulled shoulder muscle and then some hip flexers that were acting up as a result of me improperly trying to redistribute my weight for the shoulder issue (caused by heavy work). I saw mostly Natalie and also Amy - both of whom were exceptionally nice and professional, and frankly, it became fun. We worked out a plan for improvement and, yep, it worked; problems solved. I used Synergy for rehab after knee replacement surgery. The staff was great to work with one on one during each session. Their methods challenged me to improve each week. I will be returning to work soon. Thanks Jason, Amy, Heather, and Hannah. You were great.
