I would recommend Guild to anyone. Not only did they work very hard to get us a lower percent on our loan, they patiently walked us through each phase and answers every question.
Alex, Madi, and the rest of the guild mortgage team were phenomenal. Their communication was clear, and they often took my calls late in order to make our home buying a reality. They worked extra hard with the seller and were able to actually get our interest rate down. I would highly recommend Guild mortgage.
