Alex Gardner and his staff at Guild Mortgage are impressive. They were very quick to respond to my requests, and several times, those requests were made on very short notice. (Not to mention they were made near the end of the day). Alex provided the necessary support each time until the request was fulfilled. Alex Gardner is a rockstar! He always goes above and beyond. Anytime we were stressed he was right their to make everything okay. Our sellers were starting to back out and he did a sit down with them and was able to keep the deal going for us! We will always be using Alex for any and all of our mortgage and refi needs.
