I gave it 5-stars because it does work, but it is a very restrictive, intense program. You need to be committed and organized. I did reach my weight loss goal in the first phase. The Client Guide that you are given is very helpful. When I texted my health coach, she got back to me right away. She answered all for my questions. She was very helpful and encouraging.
