Hi! My name is David. I recently started a program using the hyperbaric chamber, red light therapy, and sauna. I am still contemplating the "cold water plunge".I am slowly noticing results of some pain relief in my lower back and overall wellness. Also, Denise the young lady who greets you at the front desk is a delight. She is very knowledgeable and professional and treats you with respect and a friendly smile.
Wish this place was around sooner! The therapies offered are now part of my regular wellness routine. I’ll do a combo of the HBOT, red light, sauna and cold plunge. I’m finding that I have more energy, less food cravings, anxiety has reduced, surgical scars are fading, eyes are brighter, just to name a few. Thankful something like this is in the neighborhood!
