Dr. Abby(Avagayil Tanami, PA) is empathetic and knowledgeable. She was proactive in taking care of me with health issues I didn’t even know I was struggling with. And most importantly, when I brought up any concern, she took it seriously and ordered labs to look into it. I have never been treated with this level of care from a PCP. I am happy to have her as my doctor. Additionally, it is easy to get a hold of someone over the phone for scheduling and billing questions, etc. No long wait times. The office was welcoming and friendly however, my very first visit was for a physical. The doctor did next to nothing. I was shocked. I hadn’t had a physical for at least eight years, felt overdue, even mentioned that to med students in room one listen to heart the other lungs. Instead, the doctor spent more time talking of his wellness center and all the services they offer that isn’t why I was there and honestly, I was taken a back. Hard to get in touch with office and getting things done takes forever
Synergy is incredibly busy. I have called incessantly for prescriptions. Synergy gets back when they can. Sometimes it takes quite a bit to get back. The thing is…they are extraordinary. I really think they have everyone’s best interest at heart. There is not one particular section of this organization that doesn’t absolutely want you to to get better and succeed. Dr. Jain is amazing and has always been available to me.
Kat is great as always- they have some new staff which were super friendly except one of the new front desk mgrs an older women ( she knows who she is) was very pushy and demanding due to a payment arrangement I wanted for the visit. She acts like she used to be a Bill collector type mentality and you know how they are. Other than that always great staff and super nice and professional.
