Had a fuel pump failing on a new to me plane and john/tim gave me the right amount of communication through the process. Stopped by unannounced for a look over after some test flight work and Tim hopped right on it and discussed in depth topics of concern with me. Pleasant experience. -N771LM
Another successful Pilots N Paws flight, thanks to the team at Synergy! We were able to get Mom and pups inside to nurse, rehydrate and cool off. After a short break they helped us load up for the last leg of their freedom flight.
10/10 customer service every time! On my most recent trip, I landed late at night and Eric was kind enough to offer me a ride to my hotel. Shoutout to Chase for helping me unload the aircraft in -10 degree weather.
Flew to Bloomington for a work trip and had an elusive electrical issue. John from maintenance communicated daily with me and gave me options on how to proceed. After about a week and a half of troubleshooting, the plane was fixed and I was on my way for my flight back to the west coast. The CSRs were also very helpful and friendly. Strongly recommend Synergy Flight Center FBO!
I stopped here during an O flight for the Civil Air Patrol, and it was a very great place I would recommend.
