Well my experience in the building and on the phone has always been professional and friendly my experience with the app has been terrible. They continue to " fix" the bugs in the app and it seems to not be doing anything. The tech support could be better, it is extremely frustrating when they push you to use the app more and more but it fails continuously
Didn't wanna hear me out, kept asking me "do you know who we are?"... went in with high credit score but was shown an old credit score from year later. Work on your people skills, with all the native symbolism and "inclusion" I never felt like I belonged in the first place.
I wish they gave you free money 😔
