Great staff! Would highly recommend!
Don't call them. The receiver didn't tell me anything about payment at all the first time I spoke to them. The second time I called I asked if they would charge me anything and if so how much. I was told the hourly rate was $200 she didnt say anything about various rates. I spoke to the accountant for 22 minutes and was charged $200 because apparently they have different rates and the questions I asked were very expensive questions. Its ridiculous!
Very slow on doing paperwork I think they're just too busy to get my income tax done. They need more staff. But they come up with some pretty good ideas to help you save money.
