WORSE DEALERSHIP EVER CAN'T EVEN GET A TAG FOR MY TRUCK. IT'S BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS NOW. FIRST OF ALL THEY SOLD ME A PIECE OF SHIT TRUCK AND NOW THERE TRYING TO BLAME IT ON CARMAX THAT WON'T SEND THEM TITLE. SO I CALL CARMAX BUSINESS OFFICE AND THEY SAID THAT SYNERGY HASN'T EVEN CALLED THEM ABOUT MY TITLE. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE WORSE DEALER SHIP EVER. Stealer not a dealer...sold me truck with no oil in engine...1 hour after purchase oil gauge and lights came on saying no oil...took it to a real Chevy dealer and found truck has cracked cylinder and is misfiring...also 2 weeks later transmission is slipping in and out of gear.. 4x4 is making a lot of noise... Dealer states all vehicles go thru vigorous check to ensure great vehicles.. It's all a lie BS. IF THEY DID THIS THERE WOULD HAVE BEEN ENGINE OIL IN ENGINE.... NO GOOD ROTTEN PEOPLE WORK HERE ...
BEWARE!!!! SCAMMERS!!!! I live in California applied for financing, paid down payment of 5000.00 car was shipped (paid by me 1300) car arrived on 10/26/2020 and within a few hours the check engine light came on I reached out to Synergy where I was informed that the car was fine and I was able to drive and once the warranty kicked in the shop would fix the issue.
