Nice staff. Places are ok but some need updating. It is hit or miss with this place. Sometimes the massages are great. And sometimes not. Also- I have tried for 3 months to cancel my membership and am having a hard time doing so. They keep forgetting to log it in.
Michelle is an excellent massage therapist, and most importantly understands the body and its movements. I will always recommend friends and family to visit her!
Michelle is so knowledgeable and effective at sports massage, cupping, stretching and fascia release. Really helped me with my marathon recovery. Will be a returning client for sure.
