This is the worst TPA in the Motor Truck Cargo industry, which says a lot. Filing a claim in this scenario was a formality and it still took 3 months to get any sort of viable response to our requests. Zero work ethic, zero accountability, and zero gumption.
Looks like it taking forever, but customer can't avoid them, these insurance broker will use them, so it is a dead loop, I never be able to talk to the adjuster

I tried to file a claim with this company for the other motorist, being at fault when I spoke with the insurance adjuster named Merle Bryant. He wouldn’t even listen to what the claim was about. He did not want to deal with the other company to pay for my damages instead he was saying that what the other company already sent me was enough for my semi truck to be repaired . Please do not waste your money by doing business with this company or you will find out the hard way.
