I have been seeing Mike for several months now with my wife and we both have an amazing experience every time! I came with knee pain and Mike was able to identify the culprit for my knee pain and after two sessions, I no longer felt any knee pain or discomfort! Can't recommend him enough as part of your regular self-care routine, especially if you lift weights regularly ;) Can't wait for my next session already!

Highly recommend Synergy. Had a pulled hamstring for months and Mike took the time to figure out the issue and bring me back to recovery. Any soreness or pulled muscles Mike knows how to handle it well.
