I have struggled with my weight all my life and have done a lot of different programs. I’m used to going in and stepping on the scale and getting my medications adjusted and then leaving. I can lose the weight, it’s keeping it off that’s the problem. At Synergy they are working with the “whole” person. I’m doing group/individual therapy which was terrifying at first but now I’m looking forward to it.
