My daughter and I had a wonderful experience during our first visit to Synergistic Living Wellness Center. The front entry was beautifully decorated and gave a serene, peaceful feeling. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, Carissa, who kindly escorted me to my yoga class. I absolutely love Synergistic Living. Everyone I've interacted with is kind and considerate, it is such a welcoming environment. I attended an intro yoga session with Heike -- she is such a gem! She is friendly, respectful, and funny. It was an amazing and relaxing session and I can't wait to attend another!

My doctor recommended that I get massaged to relieve stiffness in my arthritic back and hips. Therapeutic massage was new to me and I wasn't sure what to expect. I have had two sessions now, one with Juanita and one with Natalie. Both have helped me so much already in my goal to alliviate stiffness and increase flexibility!
