Just wanted to take a second to leave a recent review -this place for ski rentals was top notch. Quality of the equipment we were loaned exceeded our expectations for the price and the staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable

The staff at Syndicate are knowledgeable and friendly, the prices are good, the retail selection is great. Eric and and Haley went out of their way to find and order in the perfect ski boot for this very picky customer. We are very lucky to have such a pro shop in our town.
Dec. 28th is a crazy time in the little town, the shop was full of people. The staff at Syndicate are all so knowledgeable and accommodating, ensuring that equipment was custom fitted and properly adjusted. Not all shops are equal when it comes to staff being sincere AND helpful. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. We left feeling disrespected and unwelcome. We will not be returning and would highly recommend going anywhere else for ski rentals.
