About a year ago I paid $2,000.00 into my credit card. Synchrony took the money was to be used in case of an emergency. I then let them know At Home was not in my area any longer, the issuer of my card. At first they were giving a credit for the coupons I was getting. Online store wasn't my preference. Then they said no so I closed the account. Synchrony did nothing to help me keep the account open or find another way to keep my credit. This is a terrible bank. It's bait and switch. I have an 870 credit score. Absolutely, no debt whatsoever owned two houses, boats, cars, all paid off, and I couldn't get a ten thousand dollar loan with them. I could literally go in and sign for a hundred thousand dollar car loan tomorrow. This is a bait and switch. Terrible bank
Care credit is a scam - they don't provide timely notification when your interest free period is up and hit you with a crazy charge. do not use.
Opened a CD a month ago. I haven’t been able to access my account at ALL! Multiple phone calls with no results. Reps are useless. Quite a bit of money involved. FDIC next. They owe me big time.
