Having been a Lowe’s customer for 35 years I had a Lowe’s ( Synchrony Credit Card ) credit card. Synchrony sent me a notice that I missed 3 payments. After a month of sending them bank statements to prove I paid they credited me the three payments. Synchrony then cancelled my card claiming I cancelled it , which was a lie. They do not value their customers and do not care about their customers because if they did they would take the time to listen to their customers, nothing but a greedy high interest rates credit card company. Pathetic and worthless
