Actually, they had the audacity to write the cc to my credit file, and I don't have the credit card nor the account. I have been a customer for at least 14 years with many accounts, all in good standing the entire time. Even though this is true, they have recently decided to close several of my accounts and lower many of my accounts' available credit. They always give canned, corporate, non-human "reasons," in quotations intentionally, for their inconsiderate and illogical actions, which make me look bad in general to all inquiring credit organizations.
