Synchrony took over Ally. Ally had promotional programs where you could get a loan, pay it off in a certain period of time, and avoid higher interest. Ally allowed people to set up their own autopay, so they could ensure they would pay off in time. Synchrony has maliciously set up the autopay so that you can't put in your own amount - You can only pay the minimum balance or a slightly higher balance. If I go with their payment, I'll miss the mark by ~$400 and end up paying an extra $4,000 in interest. It's vile and disgustin... read more
I have been in business here in Stamford, CT for over 50 years. My credit rating is in the 800 plus range and I have never paid any interest or late charges to anyone. Yet this garbage bank says I am not worthy of a Lowes credit card. Just unbelievable.
