Had my first appointment today @ Intuitive & Bodyworks with Tracey. What can I say but WOW.. Not only was I promised a journey of healing, but the pain I had is no more. Life is great 🤗 More than impressed, highly recommended if your after a welcoming, friendly, relaxing massage and a therapist who listens. Tracey said that the massage would be like going on a journey... She wasnt wrong. I felt lighter and at ease with life, more in my body than I had in weeks or months maybe. Feeling mentally, physically, and emotionally synchronised and clear. Tracey's years of experiences show, it was a very peaceful and genuine atmosphere. Finally after years of searching I have found Tracey. The friendly, happy environment allowed me to relax properly and my injuries and pains are finally gone. You will never look back Tracey's methods actually relieve you of pain and fix the problems permanently.
