My girlfriend got me a day pass to Synchronicity for my birthday, and we had a great time. We kicked things off with a fitness class led by Chloe. After that, we moved through several stations—Normatec compression, massage chairs, salt booth, infrared sauna, a cold plunge, and steam sauna. Each one was easy to access and clearly maintained, and the entire facility was clean and well-organized.
