My experience was not the best. I work as an owner operator and yesterday I booked a load with this company for pickup at 2:00 AM. m. in Jacksonville FL. My driver arrived on time to pick up the load but after an hour he went to the shipping office and they told him that the load was canceled and they didn't know what was happening.
