Lucy is a true healer. I have had multiple sound sessions with her and all have been Remote. This means that I wear a pair of headphones, relax in my own apartment and begin these wonderful healing and powerful sessions. I feel the sounds vibrating through my body and find that this energizes me for an entire week. My experience of Sound Healing with Lucy was transformational. I truly didn’t know how much I needed this when I walked through the doors of her sacredly magical and beautiful healing space. This review is long past due. Last year, hurricane Milton flooded my home. As a licensed mental health professional I was also providing crisis services to families and children displaced due to the inundation of repeated storms. Lucy, from Sync Into sound was offerring help for victims. I quickly realized I, myself, was experiencing post acute stress symptoms and my nervous system was shot. I was not okay. I have known Lucy for many years as a talented musician and mama bear of a wonderful family band. Recently I was able to experience her sound therapy as a client. I'm facing a stressful medical issue and the therapy was deeply impactful in calming my thoughts and energies. I highly recommend Lucy as a healer.
