I had my first massage with Amy today and it was fantastic. The space is adorable, clean, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. Before we started, Amy took the time to check in with me, it felt like a mini therapy session! We pinpointed exactly which areas needed the most focus. It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep and woke up feeling completely refreshed. Amy is extremely thorough and has amazing hands. Highly recommend!
I had a massage with Rosy and she was very kind and welcoming from start to finish. She uses a vocal-guided style during parts of the massage, which I initially found unique, but it actually became very calming and almost hypnotic. At one point I was so relaxed that I wasn’t even sure if I had fallen asleep or if I was just in a deep state of peace. The massage itself was great and the whole experience was incredibly relaxing. Rosy has a very calming presence and voice. I could honestly see her doing hypnosis as well.
The only two therapists I will see at Synapse are Anna Seva and Anna Cousins. Both are very strong and great for deep tissue massages. They are both great at releasing tight chronic knots and tension.
Consistently amazing massages and incredible service.
I’ve gone to Synapse a few times now, while heavily pregnant and postpartum and I will never go anywhere else. I’ve always had Anna Cousin as my massage therapist and she is absolutely incredible. The first time I saw her, I sobbed uncontrollably on her table; she released so many things I’d been holding in my body and I felt SO SAFE and heard and taken care of. Truly truly incredible experience. I cannot recommend her enough.
