I had not had a massage in a long time and I didn't even KNOW my muscles were as tight as they were. This place is so professional, quiet, accommodating to what I was looking for in my massage. My massage therapist kept checking in if the pressure was good, was I warm enough. I can't say enough good things about this place. Treat yourself and treat your friends!
Massage was great. Ezra has a great intuitive touch and Im definitely interested in coming back, but next time I would love more work around the Psoas and a little belly work to bring the whole body together in the session, but overall pretty good. (I'm a massage therapist of 20 plus years myself so I definitely have my preferences and I know you can't do EVERYTHING every time!). I had lower right back pain for a week and Dana was firm & gentle as needed. She was great! Really helped me get past my pain and gave me some stretches to do. A week later and I feel great! Still doing my stretches!
I had my first massage with Amy today and it was fantastic. The space is adorable, clean, and the staff is incredibly welcoming. Before we started, Amy took the time to check in with me, it felt like a mini therapy session! We pinpointed exactly which areas needed the most focus. It was so relaxing that I actually fell asleep and woke up feeling completely refreshed. Amy is extremely thorough and has amazing hands. Highly recommend!
