Amy was absolutely superb at my sports massage session today after running the Great North Run at the weekend. Really knowledgeable and worked on getting to the deep tissue areas on my leg muscles and lower back. Highly recommend.
I suffered with covid around Dec and after recovering I noticed my legs were extremely fatigued for weeks after. I booked an appointment with Lou who was excellent and helped me recover. Lou was also really nice and very informative on the areas i was struggling with. Would highly recommend.
Absolutely loved the session with Saffron today. Deep tissue sports massage , with dry cupping.new for January 2025 was Indian head massage and Thai Foot massage too. Released so many knots and tight calf and hips. She really knows where the trigger points are ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ star treatment as always 😂
Safron is extremely professional and describes beforehand the technique and what area is pefered or required more work on. The massage itself was amazing and really helped with my neck and back. Thanks, Safron!!
It's become a must-have! Once I started taking my training seriously, the aches and niggles followed. Safron is amazing at finding the sore spots and getting rid. Her sports massage has also helped tremendously with recovering from a more serious injury (rolled ankle). I always look forward to our sessions and find them invaluable in my fitness journey!
