Fast unload. No appt needed for 10 or less pallets. Friendly staff. Plenty of room to maneuver if trucks aren't in the way.
Park somewhere nearby the night before. Check in at the EXACT time your appointment is. Don't talk to them unless they ask you a question or their attitude with set you off and ruin your day. Just yes sir, thank you, and the pick-up number is all you need to say. DEEP BREATHS.
