She is an excellent communicator, always keeping me updated and making sure I understand every step of my mother’s care. I can not say enough about how much this facility is so nice. There is always someone with a smile to greet you. The facility is always kept clean, the staff are friendly and attentive to the residents, and the activities are great!
Nurse Shelley is always on top of Rosemary’s needs! Calls me (Ann) with plenty of notice when Rosemary is in need of medication refills. She is so easy to deal with and Rosemary appreciates her as one of the best of her nurses.
We have really appreciated the care and kindness received for dad. Especially love Ellen and the activities team, Chrissy and Lisa and Kris, Kate and all the day shift team for everything they do for us and dad. Shoutout to all the rest of the amazing staff as well.
