I had the pleasure to attend the 2025 Prom, it was very special to see this spectacular Occasion. The resistants were all dressed up in their prom outfits, looking very nice. The dinning room was decorated like a Prom with streamers all around, grand entrance for all the resistants, the tables were set up so pretty and decorative. Very bad place. Consider taking your loved ones somewhere else.
As a CNA from a very loving facility just from the video footage I’ve seen you guys should be shut down. The abuse, the theft, the neglect. It’s honestly ridiculous. I hope everyone there is fired and new staff and management is put into place. There is no way management never heard of this abuse coming from a nursing homes myself I know that they had to know they just acted blind to it because most likely they are short staff and can’t replace them so they deal with it.
horrible place to put your loved ones staff and nurses and management could care less about the well being of the residents a lot of abuse goes on here at symphony at olmsted falls please reconsider a different assisted living other than this one
They show no care for the residents and their families.When there is actual proof of one of their staff committing a crime and stealing from a resident they just give the staff a slap on the wrist instead of firing them like they should.They care more about protecting criminals than protecting your family
