Amazing place!
Mom has lived at Symphony for a year and a half and the experience has been positive. There is a core staff of employees that we have gotten to know who make it homey. I’m always impressed that they know real time information even when I make unexpected calls or visits and they know and care about mom. I loved this place for my dad. It is very clean, and the staff is great. The only real downfall is they do not accept Medicaid, so we had to move my dad once the money ran out.
How do you not fire someone Rummaging thru an 84 year old women's stuff on CAMERA. That makes me sick. I wouldn't have these people look after a dog. Places like this should be shut down by the state for Neglect and Mistreatment of an elderly woman. Read the news before you put your family members here
