A wonderful place for yoga. They have amazing massage therapists as well.
I will not go to anyone else except Christie for my massage. I have for many years. She is the best in the business and I am from NY and had massages there, and she excels more than I ever experienced up north.
Christy has created a beautiful welcoming space. Her massages are the best.
This beautiful yoga studio offers a quiet place for yoga with several massage rooms. Christie, the owner, has a contagious smile! After each yoga session, I have a sense of peace and calming and find myself smiling and humming a song. Feel free to arrive up to a half hour early to change clothes, layout yours or a borrowed mat, and visit before class begins. Props provided are: yoga blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets.
