I have been to symmetry several times and have had a wonderful experience. My past experience was less than ideal though. It was a 90 minute massage which should be plenty of time to tend to all the areas. I told my massage therapist about areas that were sore or tight and she didn’t spend any additional time on them. My mother is not easy to please and her medical issues are intense. She had a wonderful massage here and will definitely be back. She raved about how nice the facility is and how thoughtful the therapist was.
Tricia is absolutely amazing. She is great at tuning in the tight spots and releasing. Highly recommend booking with her, will ask for her next time we’re in Golden 😊
