DO NOT USE HER!! Sylvia made a mistake on BOTH the state AND federal taxes. She charged me $90 over in the state which wasn't too bad. I just got a notice to pay $90 less. The federal was REALLY botched up. First of all, she told me to send the money to South Carolina (but it was really supposed to go to Ohio). Fortunately, I caught that mistake. But because she failed to estimate taxes properly, I had to pay a penalty of over $400! This woman does NOT know what she is doing and you will use her at your own peril.

Sylvia is very thorough and knowledgeable with tax write offs and getting you the best return results. She has been doing my taxes for 10 + years. I also appreciated the fact that she is bilingual (English and Spanish) since my husband can’t completely understand English yet, she was able to translate to him in Spanish. If you have been looking to get the best possible returns go to Sylvia! 😃
