I have struggled from severe migraines for 6 years now. I have tried almost everything and this has been the only thing to minimize the pain when a migraine does occur. For reference, I use to be bedridden for about 24 hours and now when one does occur, I still am able to go about my day with a manageable pain level. My migraines also aren’t as frequent as they use to be. Sylvia gives advice and always tells you exactly what she is doing and how it will help you and the body. Highly recommend Sylvia!

I had five treatments with Sylvia. With each treatment I noticed some improvement. In six weeks I went from extreme pain and a lack of mobility to no pain and I’m back to walking the beach with my dog again. She’s awesome!

As a long time adherent to trigger point therapy I cannot stress enough the absolute relief of long term muscle pain that I have experienced nearly instantaneously while working with Sylvia. She is an amazing human and an amazing healer. Her way of explaining what is happening is very thorough and easy to understand. I went in with so joint pain that kept me from working to being able to work again within weeks!
