I really love this place. My sister has been there since October 2024. My concern is that most times I have called and requested to speak with a nurse on hall 4 and never get to speak with them. Then I ask the receptionist to leave a message for the nurse to call me back and that never happens 90% of the time. I am there many times throughout the week and I see the nurses sitting right next to the desk/phone so I don’t understand why they don’t have time to speak with the residents family.
