This place is so incompetent. I'm so tired of this place. At first you think everything's nice and clean and everything so unprofessional blaming each other for things that are not from this place is the worst
Awesome personnel and very clean
Mrs. Judy at Sylvan Shores needs to be acknowledged for her superior help and care. Mrs. Judy is very kind and compassionate to both patients and visitors alike. Please acknowledge her service to your facility. You're very lucky to have someone of her caliber as an employee.
Clean, friendly, and safe environment/facility to be in. All the guest and staff were extremely helpful and nice. All my questions and concerns were answered accordingly in a timely manner. I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone I know. Keep up the amazing job!
