I recently went to Sylvan Learning of West Spring and Klein to take my real estate exam, and unfortunately my experience was frustrating from the start. While waiting to check in, the receptionist told me I was not allowed to study or review notes before the exam. That honestly surprised me, since most testing centers at least allow quiet studying while waiting. The bigger issue happened during check-in. Our granddaughter enjoys coming to her tutoring classes. Ms. Susan and her staff are wonderful people! We see our granddaughter improving her educational skills. We are so glad we enrolled her on tutoring classes. Education plays a major roll in our lives and are so glad our granddaughter is enjoying the skills she is being taught. Excellent learning center, their teachers are very dedicated and the Director Mrs. Bullock is amazing, she cares and want the students to learn and succeed. Our son Nate has been studying here and improved in his Math class and grades.
My daughter recently joined Sylvan for writing support, and our experience has been wonderful. From the very beginning, Susan was welcoming, kind, and transparent. She is great with the children and creates a warm, supportive environment. My daughter feels very comfortable there and truly feels at home at this location. I have already seen improvement in her writing, and I really appreciate that Sylvan tracks her progress along the way. I’m very satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend them.
