Great experience!
I am still waiting on a refund from July 2023 and they want me to keep paying the minimum payment for a service that I am not receiving. I have spoken to Vanessa who is very polite; but the owner needs to settle this as this holds my credit in jeopardy.
My experience was so bad. These people will never give a refund. I have been in contact since July for a refund until now They charge so much for what they offer. Run Run
This review is only of staff and atmosphere/environment during the assessment phase. Our family considered Sylvan as part of our homeschooling curriculum. Worth looking into. Clearly experienced with children and customer service. While the program did not meet scheduling and budgeting constraints at this time, I would happily use them in the future should everything align.
